The enhancement allows ServiceNow AI Agents to operate alongside custom-built and third-party AI agents within Cognizant's Neuro AI platform. Instead of relying on separate integrations and manual coordination, organizations can now build end-to-end AI workflows that span different enterprise applications.
The platform automatically discovers and coordinates agents, helping businesses streamline operations while maintaining governance and security.
According to Cognizant, the integration supports the growing trend of multi-agent AI systems, where multiple specialized AI agents collaborate to complete business processes. Company executives believe this approach will enable enterprises to scale AI deployments more effectively and achieve greater business value from their existing technology investments.
ServiceNow also emphasized that the collaboration will help organizations securely connect data, workflows and AI capabilities across the enterprise while preserving existing access controls and audit logs.
The solution is intended to simplify enterprise adoption of agentic AI by providing a single orchestration layer across ServiceNow, third-party platforms and internally developed AI agents. Organizations can rapidly deploy multi-agent workflows using prompt-based agent network generation or leverage prebuilt templates for functions such as customer service, finance, supply chain and sales.
Cognizant stated that its Neuro AI Multi-Agent Accelerator is open source and supports multiple AI models and cloud platforms. The company expects the expanded interoperability to help enterprises accelerate AI-driven automation while improving operational efficiency and reducing integration challenges across complex IT environments.
